playing tourist

My sister in law and her family came up for a visit a few weeks ago and we decided it was the perfect opportunity to play tourist in our own city.

We decided to go to the Vancouver Aquarium.

The kids had a blast checking everything out

It was such a lovely afternoon. I often forget what a beautiful and great city I live in. Most of the time, the best places to visit can be just steps away.

I went to Vancouver when I was 17 and I was awe-struck!

I agree - checking out your own city with the help of someone else's eyes can be a really refreshing reminder of your amazing surroundings.

cute pics of the girls. I love how the ones in front of the glass makes it look like they are standing in front of a movie blue screen!
