first off, sorry about the long hiatus friends
it's been crazy hectic around my neck of the woods of late
adjusting to our new "normal" of rushing zoe to and from school
afterschool activities
and keeping pia busy during the day while her big sister and best friend
is away all day
anyhoo, i have some fantastic news to share!
a dear friend of mine
invited us over for a simple get together
they had just got back from turkey and wanted to share the photos
from their amazing trip
well...
the first photos were shots of their wedding day in turkey!
they eloped and got married in turkey!
my dear friend wore a white lace vintage gown
her ring was purchased from an estate sale
it was all so perfect and romantic
and magical!!
i think it has to be the neatest thing to say
"oh yah, we eloped!"

How wonderful! One of my good friends just did the same thing - and eloped in Sweden!
That must have come as quite a shock but it was perfect for them :). Might as well kill 2 birds with one stone (honeymoon/wedding)
