blue please?!

it's been a little hectic in my little world this past week because
my little pia celebrates her 3rd birthday this weekend!!!

her actual birthday isn't until the end of the month
but my parents will be away and i wanted
to make sure that they would be here for the celebration

planning her birthday this year has been fun
because this year, she actually understands that her
birthday is coming up

when i asked her what she wanted to do for her birthday
 she told me:
"a party with my friends
a chocolate cake with blue icing
 and blue balloons..."

so a party has been planned
of course being three, she doesn't have friends per se
but she does have a lot of cousins
my little seester is baking her a chocolate cake
with blue icing
and blue balloons are on my list

i still can't believe my little pia will be 3!
how time flies...

will be back next week with some party pics!

have a great weekend all

I hope your little one has a wonderful 3rd birthday party. Blue icing and blue balloons are precisely what I wanted at that age too -- and at this one as well, in fact. Have a wonderful weekend, my dear friend!
