Pretty sure that tea cup would have followed me home, too!

Hope you have a lovely week. I've never made blueberry jam, but how hard can it be, right?

My weekend had a thunderstorm, some Ethiopian food, and a lot of serenity in it. But now, I need some Pho and blueberries and a dim sum date with you again. Maybe I should look for jobs in Seattle. Happy new week, Jozen!

Hi,tips I would give for jam making (which I did last week) is:-

1.make sure you have all the equipment for jam making (especially a funnel that fits the jars you have)

2. Be prepared for sticky mess just happening everywhere (or maybe that's just messy me)

3. Remember to use oven gloves if putting your jars in the oven to sterilise.

Apart from that - Have fun.

Not tried blueberry jam but plum jam very simple recipe is on my blog under 'jammin'.

Looking forward to seeing the results

Blueberry season is pretty much over here. I made strawberry blueberry jam this year and it turned out pretty good. I did a post on it. My main tips: 1) I don't put my jars in the oven, I just put them through the dishwasher the night before to sterelize; 2) Canning tongs are SO worth buying; 3) put a small bowl in the freezer and use this to test the consistency.

Good Luck!!!!
