weekend snapshots

this past weekend
my sisters, my girls and i participated in a race aptly named chilly chase
there was snow on the ground and it was below freezing temperatures
but that didn't stop us!

my middle sister and i both ran a 10K
(i even beat my time from my first race!
which makes my 2012 goal more and more feasible!)
and my baby sis ran a 15K
and she won the race for her age group!

zoe and pia participated in the kids race
which was a lap around the football field
they each received their very own medal!
zoe was so proud of her accomplishement
that she even wore her medal to school today so that she
could show her teacher and friends

what was your weekend filled with?

Yay, Jozen! Well done! I did lots of walking in the snow, but no running... Also went to Starbucks for a chai tea latte, twice!

That's awesome! I'm still trying to get myself to run! It's not easy to get myself to the gym. My sister asked me to join the BMO half marathon this year. I kind of want to join so I really need to get myself to the gym asap!

Are you a family of all girls? You all look gorgeous!
